Journey to Courage

We are in the midst of an anxiety epidemic that knows no boundaries. It affects the young and the old, the male and the female, the Christian and the non-Christian. In fact, nearly one in five adults in the United States is diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. You are not alone in this struggle. Many Christians grapple with anxiety.

Several reasons may contribute to why we feel anxious, and anxiety symptoms can vary from person to person. But we can all agree that anxiety restricts and limits our lives so that we feel helpless and live less than fulfilling lives, when the Bible tells us not to be anxious or afraid.

As Christians, when we gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of anxiety and other negative emotions that influence our daily decisions and interactions, we become more emotionally secure and spiritually empowered. This understanding gives us the power to live the life we are destined to live in Christ.

Journey to Courage is a multifaceted guided group Christian Formation program that offers theological, biblical, and spiritual principles and applicable strategies and practices as a roadmap from anxiety to empowerment and fulfillment.

Intentionality matters in promoting life change. When we cooperate with God, we can confidently hope for a life of fullness in Christ. So, I invite you to join other Christians and take the first step on your Journey to Courage.
